How do you rid of bills that are not allowed in bankruptcy and rebuild credit?

Can you answer alrightythen4u’s question about Credit Repair?:
We filed chapter 7 and were not able to include student loan, back taxes, and back child support. We almost have the taxes paid and are working on child support. It is being taken out each check in addition to child support being paid. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to start rebuilding credit other than financing a car at a high interest rate?

Credit Repair Feedback: um….dont do nothing stupid
Credit Repair Feedback: Get a secured credit card. They only require $300 to start and after a year or so of making the payments on time, you may be able to get another card from someone else. I know you don’t want to buy a car, but it will help too, as long as they report to all three bureaus. Finish paying off the child support in arrears and then get your student loans up to date.
I know you don’t want a high interest rate but you have filed bankruptcy and the only way to rebuild your credit is to start over. You have to have a starting place and it just so happens that you will probably have to pay higher than normal interest rates for a year or two. The lenders consider you high risk because of Chapter 7 and not Chapter 11. Even a Chapter 11, where you are in agreement with the courts to pay your debts off with a structured payment plan, it is still harder to find lenders who are more than ready to approve you.
