Can you answer Cole3234’s question about Credit Repair?:
I am trying to refinance my house while the rates are low. I was shocked when I found out how low my credit score was due to a delinquent account that is actually not delinquent. Besides disputing this, which could take up to 30 days, what else could I do to fix my credit score.
I pay my bills on time in full every month. Is it true that keeping a low balance on your credit card will raise your score?

Credit Repair Feedback: Really not sure about keeping a low balance. That’s news to me. I always pay in full and on time. I have pristine credit and my score is great.
As far as getting a lower rate to refinance your home you should disclose this situation to another bank-not the one you really want to get the loan from and see how they’d handle it getting that kind of info. This would help you be better prepared in dealing with the bank of your choice.
Credit Repair Feedback: There is no quick fix for a credit score. If there is an entry on your credit report that you feel is unjust, having it removed will definitely raise your score. Besides this, the only fix for a credit report is to bring all your debt up to date, and pay all your bills on time.
Yes, keeping your balances on revolving loans (credit cards, lines of credit, etc) low is always a good idea. Your score will improve if you keep your balances at or below 25% of available credit. This shows that you manage your debt well.
Also, be warned. Any website or individual promising you a quick fix for your credit report is a fraud. NEVER give them your money or time.
Credit Repair Feedback: It is very hard question to answer. Now many people are facing hard time to make payments and some even loosing their houses.
