Credit Repair Feedback: If you have bad credit, good luck getting a credit card in the first place. Exception would be a pre-paid card.
Credit Repair Feedback: what you need to do is go buy a ring or some jewlery at a store and apply for a card there. more than likely you’ll get a approved for a small amount. also goodyear tire places have credit too. become a member there, then slowly work your way up. its gonna take a long time. at least 5 to 10 years.
Credit Repair Feedback: Have you tried WaMu? Washington Mutual? They even keep their customer service centers here in the United States so you are most likely going to speak to someone in English!
But anyway, they will help you with you with fixing your credit score.

Credit Repair Feedback: Go to your bank and ask about a secured credit card. You deposit $x and that is used as collateral for the credit card. Use the card and pay it off in full every month. After 6 months to a year, you’ll be able to get a regular credit card.
If your score is so bad, you should consider cleaning up your credit report. Get a copy of your credit report (AnnualCreditReport.com) and start with the newest delinquency and work back to the oldest. Negotiate settlements — paid negatives are better than unpaid.
Get any settlement agreement in writing and don’t give them access to your bank account.
Credit Repair Feedback: bdancer222 gives excellent advice! Secured credit cards are the way to go. But if you plan on keeping that card LONGER then 6 months, do yourself a favor AND DON”T CANCEL IT! Even if you don’t need to use it, keep it at a 0 balance. That way it will help your credit history( the longer the better), which is 15% of your score!

Credit Repair Feedback: Capitol one offers one for someone who has bad credit. You can also apply at First Premier or Centennial. They will charge a fee for the card and give you low credit scores but if you pay it on time you should be able to improve the credit slowly but surely.
