How You Can Erase Bad Credit

By Collins DeConle

Are you struggling with bad credit? Do you want to get rid of your bad credit and re-establish a good credit record? If yes, then this is for you.

Bad credit can prevent you from getting loans, credit cards or financing for major purchases.

Many people have no clue what to do once they have bad credit. You don't have to live with bad credit. You can repair your credit.

First, you need to see what information is contained in your credit report. Get your credit report and review it carefully. Derogatory information may appear in your credit report without your knowledge.

If you find incorrect information on your report, contact the credit bureau which supplied you the report and dispute the information.

You can send them a letter and tell them what information you believe is inaccurate. Send your letter by certified mail, return receipt requested. Keep good records of all correspondence.

Once the credit bureau receives your dispute letter, they must investigate it and send you the results of their investigation. They must send you an updated copy of your credit report.

If you disagree with the outcome of the investigation, you can file a consumer statement of one hundred words or less on your behalf.

Before you start the process, I recommend that you learn more about how to do it. Click the link below to visit my website. This website is totally dedicated to credit repair. It is packed with the information you need to wipe out bad credit and rebuild a good credit rating.
